While less popular today than the Ranger style belt. the Scout Style was the popular choice for the old west and Texas Rangers. It features a 1.5" taper at the waist to keep your gut happy all day. This is my personal choice when building an over the pants rig and has been popular with customers who went with my recommendations.

The number of ammo loops able to be sewn is determined by a few factors.
1) Belt size
2) Holster number and location
3) Accessory number (Knife sheath, etc)
I do NOT recommend story ammo in a belt unless the cases are nickel plated to avoid verdigris in your leather which will cause premature failure.

Features:

- 2.25" wide standard, available wider or narrower upon request
- Solid Brass or Nickel Plated clipped corner buckle
- Veg Tan Cow hide backs for superior strength
- Bonded Nylon thread for high durability and low upkeep
- Finished with Neatsfoot Oil
- Final finish is an acrylic for waterproofing & resitance
 **Natural finishes available upon request

- Classic 'Clipped Corner' Buckle
